Job Description
- Promote and sell the company’s training and coaching programs
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Track and report sales performance regularly
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Visit potential clients and successfully close sales
Job Specification
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in the Training, Coaching, or Education industry)
- Freshers with a strong interest and motivation in sales are also welcome to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (experience in training/coaching industry is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
