With over 18 years of operation, the company has set up an excellent business record and has a strong financial position. The company is known for its strong financial base with over 8 billion of shareholders’ fund, 65 billion of life fund and more than 71 billion of investment portfolio.

Nepal Life is seeking dynamic, result oriented and energetic individual to fill up vacancy at head office. Nepalese Citizens having relevant qualification and seeking career in insurance industry are invited to apply for the following positions:

Company Secretary
Qualifications:
> Should have completed company secretary course along with Masters Degree in management (MBA/MBS) or law or economics.
> 5 yrs experience as Company Secretary or similar job position.
> Preference is given to candidates working in insurance, banking or development sector.

Requirements:
> Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
> Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM) producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions etc.)
> Implementing procedural/administrative systems and handling correspondence before and after meetings.
> Writing reports, collating information and providing legal/financial advice during and outside of meetings.
> Maintaining current awareness about all relevant laws.

Chartered Accountant (Officer Level)
Required number of Candidates: 20

Job Responsibility:
> Produce financial reports and interpret financial information including appropriate recommendation for managerial decisions.
> Perform liaising with auditors.
> Assist on tax planning and tax issues associated with business.
> He/she should be involved in continuous management of financial systems and budgets and oversea operations of the finance functions of branch department and assist in designing a framework for effective financial management.
> He/she should be ready to work in any location of the country.

Education Qualification: Completion of Chartered Accountancy (CA/ACCA/CPA).
Age: 24n to 35 years as of application date.

MBA/MBS or equivalent qualification (Sr. Assistant/ Jr. Officer)
Required number of Candidates: 100

> He/she should be hard working and team person and be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
> He/she should be self-motivated and committed.

BBA/BBS or equivalent qualification (Assistant)
