Shikhar Insurance Company Limited,leading General Insurance Company of Nepal,currently operating with 75 branch offices in different districts backed by highly dedicated team of 450 plus human resources,seeks applications from energetic Nepalese citizens who have zeal to establish themselves as self-motivated insurane professionals, can work independently & innovatively to expand the horizon of Shikhar Insurnace for the following posts:-

1.AML& Compliance Officer (Assistant Manger):1

2. Head- Procurement and Admin Department (Assistant Manger):1
Qulaification: Chartered Accountant from ICAN (for both position 1 & 2)
Experience & Skill: Audit or employment experience in insurnace industry with sound knowledge of relevant acts, regulations, directives and proficiency in office applications. Candidate should possess excellent business communication, analytical and presentation skill. Nepali typing skill shall be added advantage. Age shall not exceed 35 years.

3.Marketing Officer/Manager (Officer level and Manager level):20
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
Experience & Skill: Minimum two years experience for officer level and mimimum 5 years experience in manager level in marketing department of any insurnace company.

4. Head-Human Resource Department (Senior Officer/Asst.Manager):1
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Managemnet
Experience & Skill: Minimum two years experience in any institutions with more than 100 staffs.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of relevant taxation provisions, relevant acts and regulations including sound knowledge of office applications. Age shall not exceed 35 years.

5. Brand officer(Officer Level):1
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
Experience & Skill: Minimum two years experience in related field with strong business communication,presentation and analytical skill. Working knowledge of Adope Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator shall be added advantage.Age shall not exceed 35 years.

6.Executive Secretary:1
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
Experience & Skill: Minimum 1 year experience in related field. Candidate must possess strong written and spoken communication skill and presentation skill with sound knowledge of office applications.Age shall not exceed 30 years.

7. Assistant/Officers(Underwriting/Marketing/Claim/Account): 100
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management for Account. Bachelor Degree in any discipline for other
Experience & Skill: Minimum 3 years experience in insurnace industry for Officer level.
Candidate must possess sound knowledge of related acts and regulations and office applications.
Location: Corporate Office & Branch Offices in locations located below
Age shall not exceed 30 years.
