Now, IME Group looking for candidates for the following positions for its various SUBs

1. Compliance Officer

No. of Vacancy: 1

Scope of the job

• Handling of Customer Requests/ Complaints, Check details of threshold transactions and analyze transactions,
• Updating the black list, OFAC and UNSCR list,
• Training of employees and agents on AML, CFT, Illegal / Suspicious transactions, FATF, etc.
• Submitting of the reports of TTR and STR to Nepal Rastra Bank.
• Verifying documentation of new agents and maintaining record approved by Compliance team, Follow through on document requirements by the partner agents nd assist their compliance team,
• Conducting on-site compliance check and capture survey data. Storing record for future reference,
• Providing report of suspicious customer (with suspicious transactions) to GIBL- compliance Department.

Qualification / Training

• MBA/MBS with 6 years of experience or
• BBA/BBS with 8 years of experience related field.

Other Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in computer (MS Office),
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill,
• Knowledge of related legal systems,

2. MIS Executive

No. of Vacancy: 1

Scope of the job

•Coordinating and collaborating with the sales team for target setting and analyzing the numbers.
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly and Quality report on stipulated timelines
• Tracking the process performance. Helping the management in identifying the gaps if any of the KPIs are     missing and finding out the best possible ways to achieve that.
• Preparing the specific special purpose reports

Qualification / Training

• MBA/MBS with minimum 1 year experience or
• BBA/BBS with minimum 3 years of hands on experience in related field.

Other Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in computer (MS Office),
• Strong analytical and communication skill

3. Executive Assistant to CEO

No. of Vacancy: 1

Scope of the job

• Depiction of data in numerical and graphical manner
• Providing administrative support to CEO for communication,
• Follow up with HODs,
• Compiling of research and business analytical reports,
• Preparing correspondence for CEO and handling appointments & keeping records of meetings and travels

Qualification / Training

•MBA/MBS with minimum 1 year experience or
• BBA / BBS with minimum 3 years of hands on experience in related field.

• Proficient in computer (MS Office),
• Strong analytical and communication skill

4. Front Desk Executive

No. of Vacancy: 1

Scope of the job

• Managing front desk for efficient customer services,
• Organizing & scheduling meetings and appointments,
• Handling visitors and their concerns/ queries,
• Receiving and answering telephone calls and
• Management and record keeping of office supplies.

Qualification / Training

• BBA/BBS
• Fresher but, similar job experience will be an added advantage

5. Account Officer / Account Assistant

No. of Vacancy: 2

Scope of the job

Preparing Daily and monthly Bank reconciliation report /statement for settlement.
• Providing statements and TDS certificate to agents and
• Preparing monthly files for payment of TDS and other taxes to large taxpayer office

Qualification / Training

• BBA/ BBS
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the related field for officer level.

6. Treasury Officer

No. of Vacancy: 1

Scope of the job

•Responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company’s financial activities.
• Forecasting of cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment.
• Quoting and booking of FX rates, monitoring and computation of company’s funding requirements and company’s currency exposure.
• NRB fund management
• Compile overseas business and fund inward management
• Liaise with bankers/dealers on treasury, banking and settlement matters

Qualification / Training

• MBA /MBS
• 1-2 year treasury experience in bank /financial institutions
• Knowledge of derivatives, hedging, investments and bank account management

Other Knowledge & Skills

• Computer MS Office
• Financial Analytical skills
• Negotiation skills
