1. Position Title: Branch Managers (CiBL-BM-01-2017)
No. of Vacancy: 15
Level : Officer Level
Job Location: Inside/Outside Valley Branches
Minimum Requirement:
Education:- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Preference shall be given to management graduates with MBA/MBS or equivalent.
Experience:- At least 4 years of baking experience and 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager.
Age:- Age should be between 21 to 40 years for mate candidates and 20 to 45 for female candidates as of last date of application submission.

 

 

 

2. Position Title: Credit Relationship Manager/Officer (CiBL-CRM-02-2017
No. of Vacancy: 15
Level : Officer Level/Assistant Level
Job Location : Outside Valley Branches
Minimum Requirement:- (For Officer Level)
Education:- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preference shall be given to management graduates with MBA/MBS or equivalent.
Experience:- At least 4 years of baking experience in Credit.
Age:- Age should be between 21 to 40 years for mate candidates and 20 to 45 for female candidates as of last date of application submission.
Minimum Requirement:- (For Assistant Level)
Education:– Intermediate level from a recognized board.
Experience:- At least 2 years of banking experience in Credit.
Age should be between 18 to 30 years for male candidates and 18 to 35 for female candidates as of last date of application submission.

 

 

 

 

3. Position Title: Operations In-Charge (CiBL-01-03-2017)

Level : Officer Level/Assistant Level
Job Location : Outside Valley Branches

Minimum Requirement:- (For Officer Level)
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Preference shall be given to management graduates with MBA/MBS or equivalent.
Experience:- At least 4 years of baking experience in Operations.
Age:- Age should be between 21 to 40 years for male candidates and 21 to 45 for female candidates as of last date of application submission.
Minimum Requirement:- (For Assistant Level)
Education:- Intermediate level from a recognized board
Experience:- At least 2 years of baking experience in Operations.
Age:- Age should be between 18 to 30 years for male candidates and 18 to 35 for female candidates as of last date of application submission.

 


4. Position Title: Micro Baking Assistant (CiBL-MBA-04-2017)
No. of Vacancy: 20
Level : Assistant (S1) Level
Job Location : Outside Valley Branches
Minimum Requirement:
Education:- Intermediate Level from a recognized board.
Experience:- At least 1 year of experience in Micro Baking/Micro Finance Institutions.
Age:- Age should be between 18 to 30 years for male candidates and 18 to 35 for female candidates as of last date of application submission.
Preference shall be given to the candidates having two wheeler driving license.

5. Position Title: Junior Assistant (CiBL-JA-05-2017)
No. of Vacancy: 20
Level : Assistant (S1) Level
Job Location : Outside Valley Branches
Minimum Requirement:-
Education: Intermediate level from a recognized board.
Experience:- At least 1 year of baking experience in Operations.
Age:- Age should be between 18 to 30 years for male candidates and 18 to 35 for female candidates as of last date of application submission.

 

Last date to apply: January 13, 2017
Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA for each level of degree from SLC/equivalent onwards shall be automatically disqualified. For all the above mentioned positions, selected candidates may be appointed in various job levels depending on his/her competencies. The candidate must be currently working at the same or one level below (minimum one year for experience) the position applying for.
