This is senior management position requiring an ability to impeccably carry the bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative in the area of energy project financing. The candidate is expected to facilitate loans for long term energy projects in various sectors of economy. It also involves considering the viability of the energy project financing, understanding the requirement of the project and risk involved and chalking out amicable covenants and mitigations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent or Chartered Accountant.

  1. Head- Market & Liquidity Risk Management (Deputy Manager / Manager)

The candidates of this job position should be responsible to appreciate and accept challenging risk management targets and have an ambition to excel. The  candidate is expected to provide overall oversight for control and effective management of market and liquidity risk exposure of the Bank as well as to recommend triggers and limits and reporting to the senior management and the Board about adequacy and effectiveness of the policies, processes, systems, models and limits and be capable of developing a full-fledged and robust Risk Management system throughout the Bank that works for robust Risk identification and Measurement, Risk Mitigation and Risk Monitoring throughout the Bank’s Business.

The candidate is expected to oversee the operational / support activities of the branches spread across the country and supervise operation/ support managers in performing their activities efficiently and effectively.

This position requires working under the oversight and guidance of Chief Financial Officer to assess, plan and manage the efficient utilization of financial resources of the Bank to ensure sound liquidity management and proper safeguarding the bank’s balance sheet from possible market risk. The candidate is expected to perform broader treasury management at balance sheet level and ensure challenging growth of treasury revenue on an ongoing basis.

  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in Treasury Management and at least 2 years of experience as Head / In-charge-Treasury Department.

  1. Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager)

This position is responsible to Assist Chief Financial Officer on strategic financial management and for ensuring better financial framework and controls required to establish sound and robust balance sheet management.

 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Chartered Accountancy or Chartered Financial Analyst.
  • Candidate should be proficient in Ms Office package and should be aware about NRB and Tax Regulations and NFRS.
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in related field and at least 2 years of experience in managerial level.
  • Candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  1. Head- Finance (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager)

This position is responsible to monitor and oversee the entire financial management of the Bank ensuring the sound financial management and optimization of the balance sheet with regard to resource utilization and maximizing returns.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Chartered Accountancy or Chartered Financial Analyst.
  • Candidate should be proficient in Ms Office package and should be aware about NRB and Tax Regulations and NFRS.
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience in related field and at least 1 year of experience in Finance.

  1. Deputy Head- Credit Administration Department (Assistant Manager)

This position requires the capability to supplement and compliment sound and robust credit culture. It also includes ascertaining whether or not credit related documents are as per requirement / approval, ensuring the loans and advances are in compliance with approved and prudent credit norms and regularizing credit facilities approved by the competent authority.

  • Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Should be able to supervise and review of proper implementation of credit facilities as per the approval terms and conditions.

  1. Deputy Head- Human Resources (Assistant Manager)

This position requires candidate to oversee all the Human Resource affairs of the Bank under the supervision and guidance of Head-Human Resources. The candidate would be expected to possess sound expertise in organization development and strategic human resource management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Should have Master’s Degree in Management preferably with specialization in Human Resources.
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Candidate must be aware about current HR Industry Practice and be responsible in guiding and advising all concerned on all aspects of people management and development.

  1. Assistant Chief of Regional Office (Senior Officer / Assistant Manager)

This position requires candidate who can appreciate and accept challenging growth targets, have an ambition to achieve significant market shares and achieve / retain market leadership position in balance sheet size as well as in Brand Equity in all the Branches under his/ her respective regions under the supervision of his / her respective Chief of Regional Office.

This position is required to assist Head- Treasury and play pivotal role in Treasury Dealing, Cash Management, Forex Dealing and other Treasury Operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Should have at least 3 years of banking experience in related field.
  • Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
