5. Kumakhmalika Rural Municipality, Marmaparikanda, Raghechaur, Salyan
6. Tarkeshwor Rural Municipality, Dangsing, Nuwakot
7. Meghang Rural Municipality, Deurali, Nuwakot
8. Baragadhi Rural Municipality, Khowpwa, Bara
9. Subarna Rural Municipality, Kawahighot, Bara
10. Gaurishankar Rural Municipality, Gurumphi, Dolakha

Eligibility Criteria:
• Must have completed intermediate level equivalent.
• Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 30 years
