Position: Trainee Assistant

The candidate should have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field from a recognized university. Age should not exceed 26 years as on 15^th July 2020. Qualified local candidates will be preferred.

Position: Relationship Manager

The assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible to build up and direct the bank’s retail banking portfolio independently as well as under the guidance of the Branch Manager by establishing strategies and plans. The incumbent should ensure share of the market by identifying prospective customers and profitability of products and services.The candidates should have at least a Bachelors Degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized university and should have minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management of retail loan clients.

Position: Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s strategic goals. The candidate should have at least a Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized university and should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in banking including at least 1 year in supervisory role.
