Job Description
- Support operations by supervising staffs, planning, organizing and implementing administrative system
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Preparation of payroll and remuneration issues including promotion and benefits
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
