1. Branch Manager (BM) - 4
(For Banepa, Itahari, Janakpur, Hetauda) (Junior Officer to Senior Officer)
2. Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) - 3
(For Banepa, Itahari, Janakpur) (Senior Assistant to Junior Officer)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.
Job Specifications: Minimum 2 years of banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs. Good knowledge of credit and Operation. Good Knowledge of Banking Software. Must have leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills (Nepali and English). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Excellent organizational, administrative, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Senior Assistant. Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer to Senior Officer.
2. Assistant to Junior Officer — 1 (IT Unit) for Kathmandu, Putalisadak
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Information/Technology from a recognized university
Job Specifications: Minimum 1-year experience in PUMORI software. Experience in NRB Licensed BR is highly emphasized. Must have familiar with SQL language. Knowledge to handle card center, remittance, Mobile banking, IPS, SMS banking, etc. Excellent communication skills (English, Nepali) Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for assistant level. Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for officers.
