- Valid ICAO recognized Air Transport Pilots License
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time with at least 2000 PIC hours on jet aircraft with MTOW greater than 50000 kg
- LTC should have an approved instructor course certificate and should have a minimum of 1000 hours of experience on the A-320 series as LTC
- TRE/TRI should have an approved examiner/instructor course certificate and must have a minimum of 500 hours of experience as a TE/TRI in A320 International operations
- English Language Proficiency 5 is preferred but a minimum of 4 is mandatory
- The candidate must have a relevant course certificate.
Line Captain (LC) A320 Type Rated

- Valid ICAO recognized Air Transport Pilots License
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time with at least 2500 hrs on MTOW greater than 50,000 kg aircraft
- 500 HRS PIC on A320 series
- English Language Proficiency 5 is preferred but a minimum of 4 is mandatory
