Position: Accountant

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, payroll processing, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management as required.
• Assist with the implementation of accounting systems and software upgrades.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
