Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing direct messages (DMs) across all our social media platforms and generating sales from these interactions. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, promoting our products, and driving revenue. This position offers a basic salary along with a commission on every sale made through DMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via DMs on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed product information, answer queries, and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
  • Actively promote Aphrodite's products and services to potential customers.
  • Generate sales through social media interactions and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track and report customer interactions and sales data.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Work from home after office hours to handle additional customer inquiries and maintain high responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Nepali.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely after office hours.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their messaging systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of our product lines and the ability to quickly learn product details.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles.
  • Experience with social media platforms and messaging systems is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in sales or generating revenue through customer engagement is preferred.
