Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic marketing team.

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage content for various digital platforms.
  • Optimize website and content for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Manage social media presence and engage with online communities.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate paid advertising campaigns and manage budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services.
  • In-depth understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Job Specification

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush), social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and email marketing software (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact).
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create reports on campaign performance.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content tailored to different digital platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, external partners, and stakeholders.

Creative Skills:

  • Innovative thinker with a flair for creating engaging digital content and campaigns.
  • Strong design sense and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
