Position: Account Officer
Location: Ramdhuni-Bhasi
BATAS MAW Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is the sole authorized distributor of Volvo Eicher commercial vehicles in Nepal. We are committed to providing high-quality commercial vehicles and exceptional service to our customers.
Position Overview: An Account Officer is responsible for managing a company’s financial records by recording transactions, processing payments, tracking accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy of financial data, and generating financial reports, essentially overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of an organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure real time and same day bank receipt entries for service, parts and vehicles.
Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and ensure timely collections.
Proper filing for the petty cash vouchers.
Ensure TDS on sales timely deposited and E-TDS done by customers.
Prepare branch expense chart and compare month to month variance with remarks.
Qualification & Skill:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automobile sector or a retail business.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
