Position: Software QA
Job Description
Should understand and implement QA processes within SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsible for designing, writing, and executing test cases (Manual & Automation) based on functional & non-functional requirements.
Perform application testing, including API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validations using SQL queries.
Use test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and JUnit to develop and execute scripts.
Document defects clearly with reproducible steps and follow through the defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration with developers, PMs, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and mentor junior QA team members.

Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience: Upto 2 years of hands-on QA & Automation
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for regression and smoke testing.
Perform API testing and validate data integrity
