Job Description
Position: Quality and Production Officer
Location: Devchuli, Nawalpur
Duties & Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and packaging materials
Conduct in process quality controlduring production and packaging
Monitor and record critical process parameters to ensure product consistency
Prepare, maintain, and report production logs, batch records, and quality data
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and regulatory standards
Identify deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize yield and product quality
Qualification & Skills:
B.Tech in Food Technology or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant experience in liquor/beverage manufacturing
Knowledge of fermentation, distillation, blending and bottling processes
Skilled in quality testing, process monitoring, and reporting
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
