Job Description

Eligibility Criteria

For Assistant (Level-4):

• Educational Qualification: 12th Class or equivalent passed
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role in the microfinance sector

For Deputy Assistant (Level-4A):

• Educational Qualification: SLC/SEE or equivalent passed
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role in the microfinance sector

Common Requirements:

• Skills: Basic computer operation, motorcycle/scooter driving license
• Age Limit: 21 to 35 years (40 years for women)

Selection Process

• Stage 1: Practical exam on computer operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet, etc.)
• Stage 2: Interview

Notification and Appointment

Shortlisted candidates will be notified via the institution's website, phone, or email for the computer skill test and interview. Successful candidates will be appointed to designated offices according to the institution's rules.
