Job Description
  • Work with multiple teams/agencies for smooth operation and execution of plans to meet campaign objectives.
  • Analyzing & reviewing market response/requirement and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals.
  • Analyse market trends and development that may impact offline marketing activities.
  • Monitor market share performance of brand across various markets and implement area specific plans.
  • Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors’ performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
  • Assist Brand Manager in creating brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan.
  • Assit Brand Manager in developing new categories within brand along with NPD responsibilities, collateral materials for ATL, BTL activities, Product mix.
  • Assist Brand Manager in developing annual brand plans in partnership with the sales and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Media Planning.
  • Execute annual brand marketing plan effectively.
Job Specification

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in Brand and Marketing.
  • General brand management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word.
