Senior Accountant

Parijat Boutique, Solstice Holdinhgs, and Stalwart Beverages are jointly hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to manage finance and compliance across all three companies. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership over end-to-end finance operations, with exposure to both retail and manufacturing accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records — salary, expenses, rent, interest, purchases, and sales
• Record and monitor daily financial transactions across all three companies
• Prepare bi-monthly stock reports and integrate systems with TIGG's inventory management system
• Plan and roll out a membership model across all companies to track retail clients
• Organize and maintain accounting records and office documents

Tax & Compliance

• Handle VAT filings
• Manage Tax Office matters — Tax Clearance (TC), TDS, and related filings
• Lead tax planning and ensure ongoing statutory compliance

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare financial reports, projections, performance reports, and stock movement reports
• Assist ownership and management in financial decision-making
• Coordinate quarterly with the audit firm and ownership to track targets, tax planning, and compliance
• Liaise with suppliers and clients — confirmation statements and reconciliations
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and government offices as required

Banking & Facilities

• Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and maintain banking relationships
• Fulfill banking and credit facility related commitments and reporting

Team & Other Duties

• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, promoting knowledge sharing within the team
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (retail and/or manufacturing background a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of VAT, TDS, and Nepal tax office procedures
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Familiarity with banking procedures and financial documentation
• Comfortable managing multiple entities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication and client-handling abilities
• Own a two-wheeler for occasional bank/supplier/office visits
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to long-term growth
