Position: Hospital Manager (Recent Job)

Job Description

1. To oversee the overall financial and hospital management responsibility of Butwal Lions Eye Hospital.

2. To work as a first contact person of the hospital for the communication.

3. To correspond/communicate with other organizations keeping close coordination with the Medical director.

4. To keep a record of entire incoming and outgoing letters.

5. To receive and dispatch the letters of the hospital.

6. To maintain a scientific filing system of all the documents.

7. To communicate all the events/issues/information to the organization with the consultation of the hospital director.

8. To coordinate with different stakeholders of the region.

Job Specification

Qualification and experience:

1.  Bachelors degree (Preferable masters in Hospital Management/MPH)

2. Work experience ( preferred experience in eye care/hospital will be given priority ).

3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Nepali, Bhojpuri language.    

4. Ability to work independently and well under pressure.
