Position: Marketing and Communication Manager (Premium Job)

Job Description

Employment Type: Contractual, yearly contract.

• The Marketing and Communication Manager plays an important role in the roll-out of marketing and communications activities in the respective channel and the overall management of social and digital media for the organizations.
• The primary role of the Marketing and Communication Manager will be to ensure proper implementation of marketing and communication activities to generate demand for services and products in the respective channel and to ensure proper communication about the same internally and with external stakeholders. 

Job Specification

• At least 5 years of experience in conducting IPC/BCC activities, preferably in SRH sector.
• Good knowledge, working experience and understanding of Sexual Reproductive Health and Family Planning in the current Nepali context.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
• Good understanding and, preferably, experience with a variety of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
• Project Management and budget management experience.
• Excellent in teamwork and delegation skills.
• Skilled in usage of common software packages, for data processing, communication, and internet.
• Proven knowledge on spreadsheet, WORD and power point presentations.
• Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills and communication skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to implement management directives with little direct supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environment.
• May require travelling in rural areas where MSI/SPN provide services.
