Job Description
  • Maintain proper Documentation:  update about documents, proper filing, Bookkeeping, document record and Dairy Keeping.
  • Clear and specific while telecommunicating  and Maintain Record of outgoing and Incoming calls
  • Answer incoming phone calls inquiries and email& Outgoing calls. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Follow-up & inquiry for appointment and visit. Properly maintain and note in appointment Register
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and assisting clients in finding their way around the office and provide counseling to visitors.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Sorting and distributing mail. Convey of message to concerned person/ dept.
  • Update concerned department about the given work or any other issue on time.
  • Familiar with the basic computer and Printer operations like fax and print & scan documents.
  • Make attendance report, on time data entry in EXCEL and properly maintain record files in computer.
  • Typing of minutes of staff meetings, note keeping of every meeting and Timely follow up with the meeting or any other related issues
  • Handle administrative tasks: Bookkeeping of all Stationary item, fill and record stationary requisition form, check with water jar & Stationary Safekeeping of items & pre-inform about purchase.
  • Consult with Office Maid/ Helper and prepare the budget of kitchen expenses.
  • Check kitchen stock and supervise the Office Maid/ Helper.
  • First hand counseling about organization and assisting Program Coordinator for several programs if needed.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree Running or Completed.
  • Prior experience of 1 or 2 year as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Nepali and English.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
