Job Description

  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner at all times
  • Accepting packages and liaising with visitors.
  • Handling correspondence of a confidential nature and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Maintaining all records for incoming and outgoing mails and packages
  • Obtaining quotations for cost comparison and liaising with vendors for timely procurement of office supplies
  • Perform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area.
  • Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents.
  • Ticketing, hotel booking and logistics planning for office events
  • Coordinating with the guards on duty to make sure that all security protocols are followed
  • Maintaining attendance record , sending Late to Office notifications to the employees and updating the attendance in ERP
  • Maintaining Leave record daily and monthly wise and report to HR Officer.
  • Act as first contact person to address maintenance to vendors and update maintenance log book and report to Sr. AdminOfficer.
  • Schedule meetings for HR interview and other works given by HR officer
  • Ensure the deadlines of showroom and reception area.
  • Greets & help customer as well as employees.
  • Other duties as assigned by HR & Admin Department.

Job Specification

  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Nepali Typing Knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Previous work experience in similar capacity will be a plus
