Job Description
- Responsible for voucher entry- JV and Payment on daily basis.
- Handling and verification of Petty cash must be done on daily basis.
- To make entry of customers cash and cheque/ payment receipt.
- Responsible for updating VAT Register on daily basis.
- Prepare bank reconciliation of every month within 7 days of next month.
- Responsible for keeping account related files systematically.
- Responsible to do any kind of work as instructed by the Finance Head.
Job Specification
- Should have sound knowledge of reconciliation and income tax and all the government related statutory compliance Should have complete Knowledge about Vat/Tax all other office accounting system.
- Able to work independently.
- Must have Good Knowledge of Accounting Software .
- Knowledge of auditing practice & principles.
- Must have good Knowledge and skills in MS Office Package.
