Job Description
- Manage all accounting transaction
- Reconcile debtor & creditors statement
- Prepare necessary report for management
- Capable of working under pressure
- Manage petty cash
- Visit bank and do needful documentaries work
- Reconcile bank statement of the company
- Voucher preparation of receipts and expenses
- Record the fund transferred from various exchanges and crosscheck with the revenue ledgers and if necessary correspond with the bank
- Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status
Job Specification
- Having working knowledge of Accounting software and Microsoft excel and word.
- Should have basic idea about Vat, Tax, Tally and Billing Procedure
- Ability to analyze figures and knowledge of accounting principles
- Computer literacy and familiarity with accounting software
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work within a team and under pressure
Note : Two Wheeler Scooty/ License Preferred
