Job Description

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups and storing them appropriately.
  • Prepare monthly management reports to enable the effective financial management of company resources in an accurate and timely manner in particular to develop and produce reports that provide clear and relevant management and business planning information.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • To maintain project costing for major contracts and timely respond to account inquiries of pre-mentioned stakeholders.
  • Preparation and maintenance of all accounting and financial reports as required by the line manager and unit head.
  • Support with preparation and coordination of the audit process.

Key Duties

  • Daily voucher preparations, making entries & filing appropriately.
  • Handle purchase book, sales book, VAT, TDS, bank statements, and accounts related ledgers.
  • Handle Payroll management, Asset Register, Account Receivables, and payables
  • Maintain and operate cash flows, and assist in the preparation of cash flow projection
  • Issue invoices to a customer on the scheduled date
  • Entertain account inquiries of pre-mentioned stakeholders.
  • Auditing & verifying documents
  • Completing data backups
  • Managing Few Key sales accounts and ensuring timely payment collection on telephone and field visits.
  • Draft Minutes, agreements, etc. as per requirement.
  • Preparing accounting & financial budgets and scenarios.
  • Visit required stations for financial matters.
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
  • Reports preparation on a scheduled basis
  • Bank reconciliation report
  • Party reconciliation report
  • Interest & charges reconciliation report
  • Monthly comparative Expenses report
  • Cash Flow statement
  • Monthly Vat reconciliation report (VAT Statement, Tally & Register)
  • Monthly TDS payable report
  • Monthly TDS verifying in IRO
  • Import Details and reconciliation
  • TDS reconciliation report to accounts
  • MIS Reports
Job Specification
  • Bachelors complete in management
  • 1-year experience in the accounts department is preferred. 
  • Salary negotiable.
