Job Description
- Manage the programming unit within the larger programmes team working closely with the programme manage and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the programming team in monitoring and tracking progress of field operations and grants towards project goal and objectives and regularly update information in the operations and grants tracking system to ensure the value and integrity of the system.
- Provide regular updates/analysis on the progress of field operations and grants to key stakeholders implementation contributes to these ends.
Job Specification
- Good knowledge of budget requirements and regulations of majors donors.
- Have positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people.
- Have high level of integrity and honesty, self-motivated, confidence and independence.
- Willingness to commit to World Vision ethos, vision, mission and core values.
