JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Revise daily pit/allocation in a timely manner which fulfill all operational demands in accordance with: Company Policies and Procedures, Company HR Policies and Procedures, and all relevant Departmental Policies;
  • Effectively manage and solve problem issues relating to last minute changes in business requirements with the guidance from Scheduling Manager;
  • Be pro-active in identifying any shortfalls or anomalies and identifying them to the manager;
  • Assess and process requests based on business demand;
  • Maintain records relating to leaves of absences, sick calls, suspensions and special days off as they relate to the daily and fortnightly rosters;
  • Approves and processes manually received swaps, exceptions, and schedule changes;
  • Ensure all staffs receive prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times including verbal communication over the phone, verbal communication face to face and written communication;
  • Act in accordance with and administer established policies and procedures appropriately;
  • Display an advanced working knowledge of the software packages used by the department;
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment;
  • Such other duties as may be required from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
  • Experience in Casino and Hotel Scheduling;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products and software;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to self-manage time, including the ability to balance multiple requests;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and action sensitive issues with discretion;
  • Team player;
  • Ability to handle pressure;
  • Approachable and diplomatic;
  • Committed to self-development.
