Job Description
  • The PI/IMU manager supports the Resident Coordinator (RC), the UNRCO and the United Nations Country Team's (UNCT) in their public information.
  • S/he will support the implementation of the UNCT's corporate communication strategy as well as the design, management and implementation of the communications and publication strategies pertaining to one UN activities, such as the United Nations Development Assistance Framework.
Job Specification
  • Experience working in a complicated setting that requires political astuteness, sound judgement, and operational flexibility.
  • Experience working with the media.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with people from a different technical background.
