Job Description
  • Providing technical support to the effective and efficient roll-out of the social health insurance scheme in the Far Western Region

  • Supporting the social health insurance and empanelled health facilities in the operation and maintenance of the web-based information system

  • Providing technical support in the area of hospital management

  • Supporting the seamless collaboration between all GIZ supported activities in the Far Western Region

Job Specification
  • Technical knowledge and working experience in IT is required

  • Experience in public health and development cooperation will be an asset

  • Sound knowledge in the area of health insurance, health/hospital financing is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to be a good team player and able to work in a multicultural and multi-sectoral environment

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English  and Nepali
