Job Description
  • Develop effective HR/OD strategy, policy ans systems to support AAIN country strategy and values and ensure its implementation.
  • Monitor and review HR/OD policy and systems periodically, in line with organizational objectives and wider global HR/OD framework.
  • Ensure effective result oriented processes for staff recruitment, orientation and induction.
Job Specification
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgement, maintain confidentially and discretion.
  • Execellent interpersonal, networking, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressures associated with the role.
  • Execellent language skills in English and Nepali including the ability to compose, edit, analyze and report using complex information.
