Job Description
  • Assist in developing and monitoring an equal employment recruitment and selection program, administrating, scoring and evaluating examinations as well as screening candidates, conduct employee orientation section.
  • Administer performance management process - tracking, compiling, auditing and reporting progress.
  • Assist in Managing Performance Management Database / People Plan Database.
  • Assist in administering comprehensive training program including identifying needs and resources, determining content, scheduling, conducting training, etc..
  • Maintain and update employee database and other background materials for proper personnel record.
  • Coordinate the execution of required Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Collect of data and information regarding wages, cost-benefit analysis of training, benefits, productivity, absenteeism, employee turnover, strikes, accidents, operations, working hours, shifts, etc.
    Generate MIS Report
    Prepare Monthly Budget Report
Job Specification
  • Excellent presentation and communication skill with Proficiency in written & spoken English.
  • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
  • Experience in managing crisis situation.
  • Needs good knowledge of computer applications.
