Job Description

Client Service

  • Handling customer queries, complaints and record feedback.
  • Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in all public and back office areas.
  • Managing appropriate display of all food and beverage items.
  • Monitoring staff customer interaction to ensure consistency and quality.

Hygiene

  • Maintaining personal hygiene of the employee.
  • Maintaining the counter hygiene

Stock Purchase

  • Maintaining received record (food items, ticket rolls, bakery items, beverages, diesel and other day to day requirements)
  • Identifying goods required for purchase every Tuesday/Wednesday from all unit.
  • Preparing advance request as required
  • Sending for necessary shopping as required.
  • Providing goods to requested units.

Staff Schedule

  • Developing, implementing and following up duty rooster.
  • Rotating staffs as per requirements and need.
  • Keeping track of Maintenance record in the log book
  • Monitoring facility staffs (G4S and Garud) regarding timings and performance

Customer Service

  • Guiding all unit staffs in dealing customers nicely.
  • Supervising, monitoring and changing publicity materials
  • Recording performance evaluation of individual staffs and reporting to the Manager
  • Maintaining Log book for everyday tasks and handing over to next Duty Officer.

Food & Beverage (F&B) Unit

  • Looking after and maintaining the quality of F&B in general and coffee standardization especially.
  • Supervising and maintaining food stock.
  • Maintaining proper display for every show.
  • Preparing sales report (sales report format) and submitting to Accounts also submitting sales summary to the Manager everyday through email.
  • Resolving issues aroused in F&B unit and recording the issues.
  • Identifying staff requirement in the F&B Unit in weekly basis.

Ticketing Unit

  • Every day cash collection from Sr. Associate in Ticketing Unit (may be after every show)
  • Receiving and verifying Refunded tickets and reporting to the Manager.
  • Identifying cash short and the reasons and Informing to the Manager
  • Resolving issues aroused in ticket counter and recording the issues.
Job Specification
  • At least Bachelors or equivalent from any background.(Hospitality/Hotel Management will be given preferences)
  • Young, energetic and dynamic and capacity to lead.
  • Basic Computer literate in MS-Word, MS-Excel, general application of internet, etc.
  • Communication skills (Written, Oral) in both Nepali and English.
  • Should be able to work under pressure
