  • Immediate supervision of cash desk cashiers, ensuring their adherence to policies and procedures as laid out.

  • Maintain and enforce physical safeguard over all moneys, forms, and record.

  • Review daily cash and credit receipts, and cash disbursed through the casino cage.

  • Responsible for reviewing staff levels in the cage in order to ensure that the department is adequately staffed as per customer flow.

  • Review cashiering output for general reasonableness and accuracy and reports any inaccuracies.

  • Responsible to continue providing professional, prompt and accurate service relating to monetary and financial transactions in a secure environment.

  • Should have a sound knowledge of all laws and regulations associated with the Cage department.

  • Encourages people to work as a team.

  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.

  • Clearly understands the strategic Vision of the company and how it impacts on the business unit/function.

  • Anticipates and assesses issues, risks or opportunities facing the company and applies effective, creative solutions.

  • Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results.

  • Has proven employee and customer orientation.

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
