We have been working in Nepal since 1978 to help marginalized girls and boys, their families, and communities for accessing their rights to survival, development, protection, and participation. We implement programs through local development partners in 24 districts in cooperation with the Nepal government, civil society organizations, and schools.

Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Specialist -1 Position
Fixed Term Employment for 2 years based in Regional Office, East- Dhanusha

The GESI Specialist will facilitate the integration of Plan's Gender Equality and Inclusion Policy across thematic programs thereby providing implementation and technical guidance to the program team at Regional Office-East. S/he will support for quality design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure the unique needs/challenges of women, men, girls, boys, and other genders, minority groups, and persons with disabilities are identified and responded by our programs and that inequality is challenged wherever possible (transformative approach).
