Samriddhi Finance Company Limited., a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Hetaude, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens for upcoming branches.

Position: Assistant Branch Manager (Sr. Assistant to Jr. Officer – Hetauda Branch, Few for Other Branches)

Education and Qualification:

For Senior Assistant

• Minimum 10+2 and Bachelors Degree in Management/ Economics.

For Junior Officer:

• Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/ Economics.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in any NEB licensed BIFs.
• Preference shall be given to those candidates having banking experience as an Assistant Branch Manager.
• Strong technical understanding of the banking operation, credit & deposit.
•  Good knowledge of banking software (PUMOROI).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Having a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Having sound knowledge of overall Branch Handling.

Age Limit:

• For Senior Assistant: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35years.
• For Junior Officer: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.

Position: Junior Assistant / Assistant – Few (Outside Valley)

Education and Qualification:

• Minimum 10+2 and Bachelors’ Degree in Management/ Economics.

Job Specifications:

• Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
• Able to adjust and adapt to the new environment
• Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
• Having a good sense of customer service & compliance.
• Having a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
